After I subscribed I looked forward to use the full potential of this app. Sadly the app becomes unusable after I try to log mood. I tried to find some support or info on the website but it's broken and a lot of the links/pages don't work. It's really disappointing. Other than that the app works well.
Support is non-existent, website is down, and they haven't updated their social media since September 2021. It would be nice if they would consider telling user if the company has folded....
Don't subscribe for premium! It's a trap, you won't be able to cancel it and they will not come back to you or give you your money back.
Can't input previous data. Bland.
Useful tracking when it works, but the app periodically crashes and refuses to load any page except the calendar. That means I can't log anything or see my chart, which is the whole point. Please fix this! It happens every couple of weeks and I have to uninstall and reinstall the app.
I found it difficult to login my email account , please help me out
Unfortunately the app stopped working for me. I could put data in but my chart would not come up and I formation had disappeared so I stopped using it unfortunately. Was enjoying the app up until then.
Worked for two days then started bugging out. Can enter all my information or see it once entered.
I've been using this app for a few years and found it useful. I've reached out to customer support several times over the last 2 months regarding log in issues with zero response. I'm disappointed that I have lost so much data and won't be using kindara anymore.
I use this app on my phone but it stops working. It's my favorite one but it stops working after a while and goes blank. Please fix it thanks.
